Delete your Hatchli account

You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like, from inside the app or by asking us.

In the app

1. Open Hatchli and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Read what will be removed, then tap Delete everything.

Your account is gone as soon as the app confirms it. Your files are cleared from storage within a few minutes.

By email

If you can't open the app, email support@hatchli.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you, then delete it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your dragon and its progress
• Your stories, check-ins and goals
• Your voice recordings and mixes
• Your chats and what the coach remembers
• Your sign-in details

Deletion is permanent. Your dragon can't be brought back; if you use Hatchli again you start with a new egg.

What we may keep

Usage analytics (which screens were opened and which buttons were tapped, never what you wrote or said) can remain in our analytics tool. Ask us at support@hatchli.app and we'll delete those too. Our server logs don't contain what you write or record.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store settings first. See Support.
